Rev. Cindy McKinley
U.S. Missions Chaplain to the Widowed

Rev. Julia Feitner
Administrative Assistant

Cindy is an ordained minister and a U.S. Missions Chaplain to the Widowed with the Assemblies of God, and founder of HOPE for the Widowed Ministry.

Since 2012, she has directed a ministry called More Than Conquerors, which reaches out to the widows and widowers of credential holders in the Pennsylvania-Delaware Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God.

God has called her to come alongside the local church and Ministry Network (Denominational District) leaders, encouraging and equipping them to fulfill His mandate to care for the widowed.

Cindy’s deep compassion for those who have lost so much is evident as she speaks in churches, small groups, banquets, and retreats. She strongly believes that Jeremiah 29:11 still holds true for the widowed. God still has plans to prosper them and give them HOPE for the future.

Cindy is married to her college sweetheart, Robin. They have two married sons and four grandchildren.

Julia is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and joined the Hope for the Widowed team in 2023 as Administrative Assistant. As a young child, her father passed away suddenly while he was involved in full-time ministry, and Julia was then brought up by her widowed mother. Click HERE to read her story. Julia and her husband, Aaron, live in central Pennsylvania and have two sons.
